• Booking information — pickup address, drop-off address, ride date and time, and vehicle type selected.
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. PiLimo does not receive or store your full card number.
• Location information — approximate driver location, used to provide pickup ETA updates when requested.
• Technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate fares and process ride bookings and payments.
• Send booking confirmations, payment receipts, and driver ETA updates by text message.
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off with drivers.

4. Text Messages

By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your ride, including payment confirmation and driver location updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, though doing so may limit our ability to provide ride status updates.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information with the following categories of third parties, solely as needed to provide the Service:

• Payment processing — Stripe, to securely process payments and tips.
• Mapping & distance calculation — Google Maps Platform, to calculate routes, mileage, and estimated drive time.
• Automation & messaging — Zapier and our SMS provider, to deliver booking confirmations and driver location updates.
• Location tracking — our GPS tracking provider, used solely to calculate and share driver ETA when a rider requests it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and payment records for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which such information is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information below, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
